ABA News quoted President Greenberg on ABA Resolution 115 to expand access to justice The American Bar Association House of Delegates approved a resolution today that would encourage states and other jurisdictions to consider innovative approaches to expanding access to justice with the goal of improving affordability and quality of civil legal services.

ABA Passes Access to Justice Measure After Opposition Fades

Bloomberg Law quoted President Greenberg on the “powerfully important moment” of Resolution 115 passing the ABA House. The American Bar Association passed a resolution encouraging state bars to explore innovative approaches to access to justice by voice vote on Monday, after several days of behind-the-scenes negotiations during which its passage seemed unclear.
