The Technology in the Workplace and Practice Committee focuses on the impact of technology on workplace related issues including: the use of social media by employers and employees; the privacy implications of new and existing computer-based technologies; developments under federal and state laws impacting the use of new technologies; ethical and privilege issues associated with electronic communications; and new developments in electronic discovery. The Committee will also address the intersection of new technologies with the practice of labor and employment law.
