An initial organizational meeting of the new Mergers and Acquisitions Committee was held at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe on October 12, 2017 in conjunction with the Section’s Fall Meeting. At the outset of the meeting, the Chair asked its new members to help shape the coming agenda and focus of this new Committee. An active discussion ensued focusing on future meeting topics, speakers and areas of focus. Those excellent suggestions are presently being evaluated and future meetings and programs are being planned. As a new Committee, we look forward to further growth in membership and involvement from all concerned.
