Task Force On School To Prison Pipeline

The mission of the task force is to: 1) compile information concerning current practices in schools regarding discipline; 2) examine current law regarding school discipline; 3) recommend policy regarding the use of officers in schools, appropriate disciplinary sanctions, and institution of restorative justice alternatives including youth courts; 4) create a “best practices” for school districts regarding discipline and restorative justice.
