Environmental & Energy Law Section Virtual Fall Meeting: Day One-Spotlight on Environmental Law (Webinar)

EELS_Fall20_675

The Section’s Fall Program has been reimagined and is “Must See TV” being held over two consecutive Fridays! Guaranteed to have more acronyms than any other CLE program this year. ASTM, PFAS, OZ, CLCPA, CMA, AREGCBA and more.

Are you tired of this pandemic? Come learn how land use and environmental laws can be used to avert the next one. Social issues – we have that covered with a 1-hour CLE Diversity and Inclusion Credit presentation entitled: The Role Implicit or Explicit Bias has Played in Shaping New York’s Environmental Policy – Combatting Racial Injustice. Overall, the Program provides a timely look at new legislation, regulations and guidelines, as well as current issues affecting energy and environmental practice throughout the State with a “brief” look back at the history of the Section to celebrate our 40th anniversary and concluding with a keynote address by Joe Martens, Director, New York Offshore Wind Alliance.

This program is being held as two separate non-consecutive days, if you wish to attend both days you must register separately both days. The first day focuses on Environmental Law, the second day focuses Energy Law.

$100 | Registration rate for Environmental & Energy Law Section members

Registrants receive complimentary 40th anniversary face mask via mail. **
