Navigating the Ethics of Grievance Proceedings and Diversion Through The Lens of Lawyers Assistance
This program will walk attendees through the grievance procedure and the ins and outs of the Diversion process. Discussion will center on the ethical obligations of an attorney in addressing mental health or substance use issues in themselves or a colleague.
Lawyer Assistance Program services will be discussed as well as the benefits of participating with a local Lawyers Helping Lawyers group.
