New York Practice 101 | Fall 2020
CPLR 101 – This is an intensive program in the workings of the CPLR, the procedural rules for civil litigation in New York. It is particularly helpful to lawyers who have not had a course in New York Practice, or to those who need a refresher. The faculty members are all seasoned lecturers and writers on New York civil practice.
