Reservation Information

Reserve your room in our limited room block. Reservations are available from Thursday July 17, 2025 – July 20, 2025. This website can be used to book a reservation through June 26, 2025. 

The discounted room rate is $439 per night which expires on June 26, 2025. Please note that the total amount of the reservation will include a $3 daily housekeeping fee, bringing the nightly cost to $442.

Through this website you can book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations.

If you would like to reserve a room outside of the dates listed or after June 26, 2025 please call Central Reservations at 866-921-0422 ext. 2. and mention the New York Bar Association group stay.

A deposit of one-night room and tax is charged at time of on-line reservation. A Convenience Fee of 3% will be accessed on all credit card payments. You must cancel your reservation 7 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid the penalty of one-night room and tax charged to your credit card.

 Cancellations received between 5-13 days from the scheduled event date-50% refund
