Presenter:

Danielle Visconti is an experienced litigator and trained mediator. In her current role as the lead Settlement Attorney on Con Edison’s in-house General Litigation team, she has successfully negotiated and resolved hundreds of high exposure, complex personal injury and property damage lawsuits. Prior to working at Con Edison, Danielle successfully defended the City of NY, MTA Bus Company, New York City Transit Authority and various insurance companies in personal injury, construction, automobile and toxic tort cases. Danielle has a J.D. from Albany Law School and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Iona University. She is a current member of the NY County Lawyers Association, Defense Association of NY and the NY Women’s Bar Association. Danielle recently presented on panels for the WBASNY Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of NY educating attorneys on effective strategies to mediate personal injury cases.
