Trusts and Estates Practitioner, Richard Cirincione, will moderate a panel discussion with the Honorable Stacy L. Pettit (Albany County Surrogate) and the Honorable William M. McCarthy (Ret.) discussing mediation in Surrogate’s Court matters.
