Anatomy of a Trust (2019)

Revocable or Irrevocable? Lifetime or Testamentary? This comprehensive program will provide attendees with the fundamentals of creating various types of trusts. Not only will the speakers discuss how to draft the trust, but also when specific trusts are appropriate based on a client’s needs and goals. The program will cover Irrevocable Medicaid Income Only Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Pet Trusts, QTIP (Marital Deduction Trusts), Credit Shelter Trusts, Grantor Trusts and Life Insurance Trusts, among others. This program is designed for newly admitted attorneys, those new to estate and long term care planning, or practitioners who want a refresher on trusts.
