Civil Collaborative Practice – The Evolution of Dispute Resolution

Collaborative Practice is a sophisticated dispute resolution process whereby clients actively participate (with the guidance of counsel) in a structured interest-based negotiation with the sole purpose of reaching a settlement outside of court.
