Divorce Anniversaries 2014 – EDL, The CSSA And Maintenance

Given their special anniversaries of passage in the New York legislature, this important half-day course examines the current status and trends of Equitable Distribution (35 years), the CSSA (25 years), and Maintenance (35 years). The experienced faculty members analyze not only the current state of the law in these areas, but they also highlight the practical calculations and strategies the lawyer must consider in advocating for one side or the other in any particular case. The program also includes the useful review of the latest cases, legislation, and trends in all areas of matrimonial law.
