This fast-paced program will be almost all demonstration by experienced matrimonial and family lawyers representing all relevant parties in a Family Offense Proceeding: the Petitioner, the Respondent and their minor children. View the direct and cross examinations of a husband and wife, performed by the attorneys for the “parties” and the Attorney for the Child (AFC). New York Judges on the faculty will rule on evidentiary issues, when necessary, in the course of this simulated trial and offer valuable insight on deficient/successful petitions. You will view and hear valuable tips on properly framing questions and getting material into evidence (or keeping it out!), while educating the Judge on its importance and applicability in the case.
