Featuring a newly revised agenda, this basic program is designed for both newly-admitted attorneys, as well as more experienced attorneys, interested in learning or reviewing the issues confronting those who litigate cases involving a wide range of personal injury or insurance claims, whether incurred in an automobile accident, an accident at commercial or personal premises, or on a sidewalk. Experienced faculty members will discuss the law, skills, issues and practice pointers for litigating personal injury and insurance cases.
