The experienced faculty members will review the substantive law, suggest practice tips, and highlight recommended steps you should take in your counseling, based on typical but also thorny issues your clients may bring to you. Ethical guidelines will be addressed, as well as ethical dilemmas that may be lurking below the surface in the course of an active estate planning practice.
