Redefining Family In New York (2018)

This program will examine the numerous ramifications of the changing definition of family in New York State from many perspectives including its impact on parents, children, heirs, attorneys and courts. The program will also cover litigating the issue of standing as a family member from preparing the petition or complaint through discovery, fact gathering, trial and representing the child.
