Attorneys representing married couples are fully aware of the well-established approaches to assisting their clients. However, representing unmarried couples often requires the practitioner to work with his/her client to structure solutions that approximate the benefits enjoyed by married couples. An experienced faculty of seasoned practitioners will share their tips and tried and true solutions to providing unmarried couples with appropriate resolutions tailored to their needs in the areas of elder law, tax planning and trusts and estates planning.
