Starting An Elder Law Practice (2018)

In this basic-level program, the faculty will present a nuts and bolts overview of how to establish an elder law practice including coverage of key terms and basic concepts, practical tips for focusing a practice on elder law, resources and relationships for the novice elder law attorney, variations on how to start and manage an elder law practice as well as considerations for building a practice and gaining experience/knowledge in the area of elder law. Whether you are new to the practice area or an experienced practitioner preparing to go out on your own for the first time, this program will provide valuable and practical tips about establishing and successfully managing a thriving elder law practice.
