The 21st Century Courtroom: Using Integrated Courtroom Technology in the Commercial Division. The most advanced electronic courtroom in New York State will feature a mock hearing presided over by Justices Jamieson and Walsh, two Commercial Division Justices, featuring all of the courtroom’s high-tech assets. This program will address, among other things, evidentiary use of digital evidence, including live Skyping, secure internet access, real-time reporting, "ELMO" visual presenter, touch-screen displays, courtroom electronic monitors controlled by the judge and clerk, hearing-impaired equipment, and wireless microphones.
