Advanced Topics in Not-for-Profit Real Property Matters

The RPLS Committee on Not-for-Profit Entities and Concerns and the BLS Not-for-Profit Corporations Law Committee are co-sponsoring a program on the topics not-for-profits need to know after the events of 2020.

Key Highlights and Takeaways

The program will address opportunities in difficult times, including mergers, acquisitions, combinations, bankruptcies and other solutions to distress; the rules governing prudent use of endowment funds; undertaking initiatives in equity, diversity and inclusion; and whistleblower policies. You will learn how to issue spot and guide your not-for-profit clients through difficult conversations and situations, and assist them in making a lasting impact.
