The UN Singapore Convention – Two Years Later

This program is for anyone currently practicing or interested in international mediation. The speakers will be discussing how the convention has been put into practice since its inception in August 2019 across different regions. They will also be addressing practical concerns that practitioners have expressed in using the convention for enforceability.
