Driving Opportunities & Change for Diversity and Inclusion in Your Practice

Although many of us have focused on diversity and inclusion throughout our careers, commitment and interest in DE&I initiatives have increased significantly after recent current events and social movements drew attention to the continued work needed. This panel will discuss the strategies, experiences, and lessons learned by leaders in DE&I, and how legal practitioners can use the current momentum to drive change and create opportunities for further improvements. The discussion will include practical advice from long time DE&I advocates that can help attorneys of all levels and demographics to implement and drive change in their own practices and in the profession.
