2026 Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Beacon Award
The New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion seeks nominations for the 2026 Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Beacon Award. The Committee wishes to recognize exceptional efforts of a member of the legal community who demonstrates qualities that exemplify Justice Ginsburg. This nominee is an outspoken advocate for those less privileged. This nominee is a pioneer – lighting a path for others to follow. This nominee is honest, direct and speaks truth to power; courageous in the face of opposition. This nominee is bold, innovative, and analytical.
