Working Parent Connection: Your Path to Reducing Guilt, Burnout & Overwhelm

Working Parent Connection_675

For working parents, the past several years of remote and hybrid work have both led to disconnection and isolation and have also turned the traditional workday on its head.  With work-life "mush" becoming the norm, how can we restore connection to best manage our work, households, families, and our own well-being? Join Lori Mihalich-Levin, JD, of Mindful Return to discuss practical work-life connection and enrichment strategies.

Through both group conversations and engaging lessons, you will walk away from this session with:

Tools for connecting and reconnecting to our families and working parent communities;

An understanding of how the daily language we use affects our work-life mindset;

Practical timemanagement strategies you can implement starting today;

A boundary-setting tutorial and conversation tips; and

Micro-mindfulness practices that are useful for managing our energy, for even the craziest of schedules
