Superfund/Brownfield Program Update 2023

The program presents a timely virtual conference on the New York State brownfield and federal Superfund programs. Our outstanding speakers of governmental officials, attorneys and consultants review recent developments in both programs, including the much anticipated changes to Part 375 of NYSDEC’s regulations.
