With extensive experience in the areas of Public Law, Administrative and Judicial Litigation and Infrastructure, Adriana has assisted domestic and foreign companies in bidding processes, PPP, and concessions in various infrastructure sectors. She also has expertise on administrative litigation with the controlling entities and compliance matters. Since 2019, Adriana has been assisting foreign clients on the iGaming sector and her strong background on public law helps clients to navigate in the complex Brazilian regulatory framework that involves interactions with local, state and federal government entities that currently regulate the gaming and sports in Brazil.
She also worked as a foreign associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP, New York, from 2018 to 2019. Adriana holds an LL.B. from Mackenzie University, a Specialization by Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Administrative Law and an LL.M. from Cornell University.

Italo Martins is an attorney with a practice in strategic litigation and arbitration, in national and international disputes, as well as in corporate law issues. He has extensive experience in arbitration proceedings, particularly regarding mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate disputes, commercial contracts, and insurance. He is also well-versed in court litigation, particularly in discussions regarding obligations, civil liability/tort, capital markets, investment funds, and credit recovery.
Italo represents clients from various industries, such as agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, investment brokerage, banking, tires, software, construction, and power generation.
In addition to his legal practice, Italo is the Founder and President of the Center for M&A Studies, the foremost think tank on mergers and acquisitions in Latin America. He is also the Co-General Editor of the Corporate Law and M&A Review (in Portuguese, Revista de Direito Societário e M&A – RevM&A), published by Thomson Reuters. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of São Paulo, which he represented in international arbitration moots, being the winner of the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot, the runner-up of the Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot, and the runner-up and best oralist of the Brazilian Arbitration Competition.
