Thursday, June 13, 2024
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Informational Panel
1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.: Networking Reception
Have you ever wondered what it is like to conduct a workplace sexual harassment investigation or litigate a national class action wage and hour case? Join the Labor and Employment Law Section for a program targeted to junior attorneys and law students to learn more about practicing Labor and Employment law. This webinar will feature a Q&A session with four practitioners who focus on: (1) representing employers; (2) employee rights; (3) traditional union/labor relations; and (4) mediation/arbitration. These four attorneys will offer their broad and experienced insights into the variety of opportunities the labor and employment law field presents. A networking event with the panel members, students, and NYSBA members will be held at the conclusion of the presentation.
This event is co-sponsored by the Young Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association
