1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – CLE Program

Condominium and Condominium Updates: What we learned in 2024 and What’s Coming in 2025

This program will kick off with a market overview of 2024 and what to expect in 2025, especially considering a changing political environment. Substantive issues to be covered include case law updates, insurance, and Local Law 96 and 97. Each of the substantive topics will include an overview of the issue from a sponsor and a board perspective. This panel is shaped in a manner to be both relevant to attorneys representing Sponsors as well as Boards.

Highlights and Objectives:

Attendees will come away with ideas on how to approach issues from both a drafting and a governance perspective, thereby being relevant to both Sponsor’s attorneys and Board attorneys.

Condominium and Condominium Committee Chairs and Program Chairs:
Erica F. Buckley and Ingrid C. Manevitz
