NYSBA Mediator Roundtable Series: October 2025 Edition

The moderators are Carmen Rodriguez and Marilyn Kunstler.  The guest-hosts for this Roundtable will be Sara Kula and David Singer, Co-Chairs of the Mediation Committee, who both have many years of experience as mediators. Sara Kula’s primary practice is employment law. In addition to serving as a neutral mediator, arbitrator and investigator, she represents both employers and employees. David Singer is a former Chair of the NYSBA Dispute Resolution Section. He specialized in business, commercial and employment matters.
