Creating Calm with Emotional Freedom Techniques – Session 16

The Attorney Well-Being Program welcomes guest facilitator, Dr. Michelle Thomspon, Esq. of Resistant Vision for a peer group focused on creating a sense of calm for legal professionals. This series will utilize Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a modality used to mitigate anxious feelings, physical discomfort, and unproductive habits stemming from stress in the legal field. The EFT, used in this group is known as "tapping", which is an accessible option that can be integrated within the busy workday, as a separate home practice, and everywhere in-between.
This bi-weekly series is offered on a drop-in basis; participants are encouraged to come as they are and continue as they wish.
