Labor and Employment Law continues to evolve at a rapid pace. Attorneys and their clients are increasingly relying on Artificial Intelligence in daily practice, raising both opportunities and risks. At the same time, the proliferation of state and local laws has made compliance with labor and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions more complex. Changes in federal law have resulted in management-side attorneys contending with advising their clients how to construct lawful DEI programs while plaintiffs’ counsel benefit from these same changes. This program brings together experienced panelists to address these emerging issues, share practical insights, and discuss what practitioners need to know to navigate this changing landscape.
