Breaking the Manager Ceiling: For Women Navigating Advancement, Influence, and Visibility in the Legal Profession

This workshop is designed for women attorneys whose hard work and reliability have brought them success but no longer move the needle on advancement. At this stage, what differentiates you is no longer reliability, but how you are perceived and trusted. Participants will gain practical tools to stop doing invisible work that does not advance their careers, set boundaries that protect the credibility they have already earned, and understand how they are currently being seen and how to shift it. The session also focuses on how to communicate with clarity and authority to influence decisions and confidently pursue more complex matters, higher-stakes roles, and promotion.
