Attorneys dealing with difficult clients and colleagues need practical advice and plans of action. An upcoming program from the New York State Bar Association will discuss strategies for the client that calls at 9 p.m. or the lawyer who undermines colleagues.

Managing Difficult Clients and Colleagues: Protecting Your Mental Health and Well-Being,” will take place on March 24 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Leading the program will be Doug Brown, a law firm leadership coach and chief learning officer at Summit Success, a professional development firm.

Instead of generic wellness advice, this webinar will focus on practical tools and tips designed for law firms in the real world. It will  draw from psychological frameworks in executive coaching and real-world experience managing panic attacks and ADHD in legal practice.

This CLE is sponsored by the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Attorney Well-Being. It is free for association members as part of as one of the many benefits of the association’s all-inclusive membership package. Attendees will receive one credit in Law Practice Management.
