Women’s Leadership and the Impostor Phenomenon

Women’s Leadership and the Impostor Phenomenon

Women’s Leadership_675

The NYSBA Brazil Chapter and the International Section invite you to a timely and thought-provoking webinar exploring one of the most persistent challenges facing women in leadership: the impostor phenomenon.

Despite exceptional qualifications and proven accomplishments, many women hesitate to fully recognize their value or pursue leadership opportunities. This session will examine why. Moving beyond the idea that impostor feelings are purely personal, our speakers will explore how gender bias, institutional expectations, and organizational dynamics shape self-perception and career trajectories.

Join us for an engaging conversation designed to deepen understanding, challenge assumptions, and equip participants with insights to support stronger, more confident leadership across the profession.
