A Deep Dive into New York State Laws, Regulations, and Court Decisions

New York State offers a tremendous range of benefits, services, and resources for Veterans, Service Members, and Military Families. Too often, however, individuals who served our Nation do not receive these benefits, services, and resources because they are unaware of their existence, or because they do not understand fully the legal criteria to qualify. This program provides a deep dive into the statutory and regulatory foundations of these benefits, services, and resources, helping all advocates ensure that that those who have served our country receive the full measure of what their service has earned.
