Event Description:

Experienced JAMs mediators Andrew Nadolna and Peter Rosen will lead an interactive conversation among clients, counsel, and neutrals about the mediation process and best practices in complex insurance mediations.

Practitioners Charlie Scibetta (Chaffetz Lindsey) and Josh Blosveren (Cohen Ziffer) will moderate. We’ll address traditional mediation issues as well as the issue of the moment—is AI impacting complex insurance mediations yet, and if so, how and how can you keep up with the changing technology?
