Creating Calm – Somatic Tapping Group

The Attorney Well-Being Program welcomes Dr. Michelle Thompson of Resistant Vision for a bi-weekly series utilizing the “Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)” of somatic tapping. This EFT method uses repetitive taps on various pressure points to regulate the nervous system and address specific areas of discomfort and distress. As a lawyer herself, Michelle understands the unique stressors of working in the legal field and uses her work as a somatic healing coach to create a sense of calm for others. This series is currently offered on a bi-weekly basis, every other Thursday from 1pm-2p. The group is free and open to all legal professionals.
