Anxiety, OCD, & Perfectionism in the Legal Profession: Supporting Attorney Well-Being

Attorneys operate in high-pressure environments where precision, responsibility, and performance standards are exceptionally high. While these traits can drive success, they can also contribute to chronic anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and obsessive-compulsive patterns.
In this webinar, participants will:
-
Explore how anxiety and perfectionism show up uniquely in legal work
-
Identify the difference between healthy striving and OCD-driven patterns
-
Learn practical, evidence-based strategies drawn from ERP and ACT
-
Receive tools they can immediately apply in their professional lives
The goal is not only to provide meaningful education, but to also offer attorneys concrete, usable strategies to improve well-being and performance.
