Practical Food Choices to Fuel Brain Function_675
To kick off Well-Being Week in Law, the Attorney Well-Being Program recognizes the importance of fueling the brain with proper, balanced nutrition. In this program, we'll explore the benefits that can come from various foods to help improve brain function for the busy lawyer. Beyond understanding those benefits, this program will delve deeper into the barriers that stand in the way of making better choices and remaining consistent.

This program will focus on two main objectives:

  1. Identify nutrient-rich foods that can fuel brain function and reduce risks of adverse effects.

  2. Explore practical ways to be more intentional when making food choices.
