Practical Food Choices to Fuel Brain Function

This program will focus on two main objectives:

Identify nutrient-rich foods that can fuel brain function and reduce risks of adverse effects.

Explore practical ways to be more intentional when making food choices.
About your speakers:
Ann Lapinski, MS JD started her career in nutrition before going to law school, having since retired from a 32-year career with the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. Still passionate about wellness, she is also a certified in Yoga Dance and both teaches and mentors in meditation. Ann is one of the Mindful Moments instructors, a group offering weekly meditations for legal professionals every Friday at 1:30pm.
