Our four panels of speakers will focus on dispute resolution in personal injury and tort matters, infrastructure, and employment law and how neutrals get selected.
Highlights and Objectives:
Attendees will gain insight into the practice of dispute resolution in different fields and gain visibility into how neutrals are selected by counsel and ADR providers.
