Hot and Developing Topics in Health Law for NY Practitioners
This program will discuss developments in the law on both the state and federal side that affect New York State health law practitioners. It will include topics such as changes in payment models, the impact of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and Medicaid, Medical Aid in Dying, Artificial Intelligence Updates – Perspectives from Providers, NY Legislative Update, Delivery System Transformation, What to do in the Event of a Security Breach; and Federal Reimbursement Changes.
Program Highlights & Objectives:
- Be able to identify risks and issues in use of AI in healthcare and AI contracting
- Discuss how NY’s Medical Aid in Dying law affects NY practitioners
