Rob Rosborough is a litigation partner at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in Albany, focuses his practice primarily on appellate litigation in the New York state and federal courts, and land use and zoning matters, including religious land use and civil rights suits. Prior to joining the Firm, Rob was a Senior Court Attorney at the New York Court of Appeals. Rob publishes regularly on new and leaveworthy developments in New York law at his blog, New York Appeals.
Rob earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Albany Law School in 2008, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Albany Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Rob graduated from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 2005. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in New York and the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of New York.
