2020 William Howard Taft Lecture: A La Carte or Prix Fixe
The 2020 William Howard Taft Lecture will address the substantive and procedural aspects of the selection of the rule of liability – the rule of reason, per se, or something in between – in antitrust litigation. The 2020 Taft Lecturer, William Kovacic, will address the topic primarily from a civil law perspective and will draw upon analogous selection issues in foreign jurisdictions. Commenters Roxann Henry and Chetan Sanghvi will address the topic primarily from the criminal law and economic perspectives, respectively.
