How has discovery reform affected the practice of criminal law? What have we learned about the ethics of dealing with discovery post-Bay? How will discovery changes affect future practice and appeals? The Criminal Justice Section will talk about the changes and challenges faced by practitioners statewide. We will address e-discovery, technical aspects, platforms, videos or body cam footage, storage, and more.
