Dispute Resolution in the 21st Century; Exploring Traditional and Technologically Enhanced Methods in Private and Public Settings
The 2025 Dispute Resolution Section Annual Meeting will honor excellence in the art of dispute resolution, provide an update on ADR in New York State courts, explore the pros and cons of the use of technology, and educate the audience about the myriad of workplace disputes and resolution techniques.
Highlights and Objectives:
New York Supreme Court Judges from around the state will discuss how enhanced implementation of dispute resolution approaches are being used throughout the state courts system. On another panel, the Supervisory ADR Coordinator U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission New York District will discuss hot topics in employment mediation.
