Global Challenges for the Rule of Law
The International Section is at the forefront of promoting the NYSBA mission of promoting the rule of law, and highlighting the global aspects of this role. This panel will address jurisdictions in which the rule of law is under attack or subsumed by authoritarian regimes, and discuss ways in which lawyers, among others, can respond to these challenges.
