This three-panel CLE program delivers skills-based, practical training for attorneys engaged in cross-border practice. Participants will gain hands-on tools to manage cybersecurity risks, supervise the responsible use of artificial intelligence, and advise corporate clients on ESG disclosures and governance policies. Through demonstrations, case studies, and drafting exercises, attendees will develop techniques directly applicable to advising clients and organizations operating in multiple jurisdictions.
