AI: The Bulls and the Bears: This panel will include lawyer who see a future for AI in the legal profession and lawyers who think AI has no place in the law.
Liugi and Lindsay: The importance of motion practice in criminal trial law as demonstrated by recent hight profile cases.
Influencers and the Law: The ethical issues that arise when lawyers engage in influencing and issues that arise when established influencers get admitted to practice.
Key Highlights & Objectives:
A better understanding of the legal profession from the perspective of the less glamorous but highly effective elements of legal practice.
