Mental Health Reforming the Landscape of Criminal Justice
This CLE will provide insight into the practice concerning DVSJA applications, alternatives to incarceration, and diversity and inclusion as it relates to mental health issues in criminal practice. Panelists will discuss how plea negotiations and justice can be tailored to address mental health concerns. Practitioners will gain an awareness of new developments and best practices in addressing mental health issues.
